Gloria Villatoro Flores was born in Houston and grew up in Pasadena, Texas. Ms. Villatoro Flores received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Houston and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. After becoming a licensed attorney in 2008, Ms. Villatoro Flores gained valuable litigation experience handling cases in the areas of family, probate, bankruptcy, and criminal law. Ms. Villatoro Flores then began to focus her practice on representing injured individuals as a trial lawyer at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Houston. In 2018, Ms. Villatoro Flores realized her dream of opening her own law firm, and now represents clients exclusively in personal injury matters.  A true trial attorney, Ms. Villatoro Flores has tried cases to verdict with favorable outcomes for her clients.  Ms. Villatoro Flores is a dedicated and tenacious problem solver who is passionate about helping people obtain justice. She has the talent and expertise necessary to effectively represent her clients and do what it takes to resolve cases in their favor.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their rescue animals, jogging, and rooting for her favorite sports teams.

Yanet Benitez is a native Houstonian and joined the Law Office of Gloria Villatoro Flores in 2021. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2014, Ms. Benitez graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence. While in law school, Ms. Benitez competed with the Interscholastic Mock Trial Team and was a part of the Houston Journal of International Law. After becoming a licensed attorney in 2014, Ms. Benitez joined one of the largest personal injury law firms in Houston where she gained first-hand trial experience. In 2017, Ms. Benitez joined an insurance defense firm where she handled a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, work place accidents, premises liability, and extra-contractual insurance claims. The invaluable experience Ms. Benitez received while working at an insurance defense firm gives her an insight on how insurance companies evaluate cases. She is now able to use this to the benefit of her clients. In her spare time, Ms. Benitez enjoys jogging, hiking, and spending time with her family and her dog, Ella.
